Hello! I want to talk about health.
I like meat. And I don’t care much for vegetables. So, I don’t eat vegetables much. But, it isn’t very good. We have to take in nourishment with a well-balance. But, it is so difficult for me. I mean to eat vegetables, but I eat meat. So, I intend to eat vegetables from now on.
Also, we have to exercise in moderation. If we don’t exercise, we will gain a lot of weight. Obesity is not good for the health. So, I intend to walk many.
I think that we should take care of health.

Overweight and obesity in Australia
It is said that over weight and obesity people is increasing rapidly in the world.
ABC 1995, 2001 and 2004-05 National Health surveys show various graphs. For example, adult in normal, overweight and obese BMI categories says the number of obese people in Australia is increasing. And, 25% Australian females were overweight in 2001.
Also, according to age, 45 to 64 age group is increasing. By, males or females, males is more than females.
“Inactivity is one of the main reasons why two- thirds of men and over one half of woman in 45 to 64 age group are overweight or obese.” Says Professor Gavin Turrell.
He also mentioned the "being inactive increase the risk of obesity, cnronic, disease, heartdisease, diabetes, comecansers, arthitis and depression.”
In this way, inactivity is factor of overweight and obesity is causing serious health problems. So, we have to exercise positively
